P&M Sales and Project Management was founded on 23 June 2016 with the aim of assisting its customers to innovate, export their products, and services, expand markets, reduce, and constantly monitor costs, design the most effective organizational solutions, define strategies, and coordinate procedures and activities.

The managerial experience we have gained in 25 years of working for important companies, operating in different markets and sectors both in Italy and abroad, allows us to adopt a strong customer and result-oriented approach.

Our mission is to offer a highly professional service, aimed at achieving shared objectives, by means of a constant monitoring and reporting system.

After listening carefully to the needs of our clients, we propose a preliminary cost breakdown to be charged to the order or specific project, taking care to reduce the impact on the company's budget by adapting investments in a flexible manner.

We design the most effective solutions which, once shared, we carry out directly, coordinating the operational phases and managing all resources associated with them.

P&M Sales and Project Management is a shareholder of SMI Srl - Scale Mobile Italia since June 2018.

Paolo and Marco, friends and long-time colleagues at the same companies, but with different roles, have developed a close working relationship over the years as well as a modern vision of business operations. They decided to set up P&M Sales & Project Management offering their customers a versatile and professional organization. The projects and operational activities are continuously monitored and managed also thanks to a loyal network of collaborators and partner companies.

founder - Buyer & Export Manager

Paolo Bellodi

With a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, he immediately chose to work in international project management.

He has worked in the Telecommunications sector for multinational companies such as NOKIA, ERICSSON and TIM and in the Elevators and Escalators industry at TECNO, actively contributing to the opening and management of a number of foreign subsidiaries.

Currently, he holds the role of Purchasing Director in the Company, responsible for ongoing relations with the production units, and is in charge of Import, as well as leading Key Accounts in the areas of research and development of their business overseas.

FOUNDER - Sales & Project Manager

Marco Comparotto

After graduating as a Surveyor, he combined his technical training with the extensive work experience acquired first in the State Police and then in the Civil Construction sector.

He expanded his technical and commercial competencies in structured Telecommunication companies such as ERICSSON and INFOSTRADA, consolidating them into roles of responsibility in the Elevators and Mobile Staircases sector within TECNO and THYSSENKRUPP.

As a result of his strong propensity, he now holds the position of Sales Director Italy, but is also responsible for Project Management and Training.
